## 1. Workshop Head (Kepala Bengkel)
The Workshop Head plays a pivotal role in overseeing our maintenance operations, ensuring that all heavy vehicles and equipment operate at peak performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Holds a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing a workshop or maintenance facility.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as advanced troubleshooting techniques for commercial vehicles and heavy machinery.
* Leadership & Management: Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in coordinating and supervising mechanic teams.
* Safety & Administration: Well-versed in occupational health and safety standards (K3) alongside maintenance administration protocols.
* Operational Skills: Capable of driving and operating heavy trucks, with a solid grasp of fundamental vehicle operation.
* Personal Attributes: Highly analytical, disciplined, results-driven, and willing to be stationed at any of the company’s workshop locations.
## 2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Mekanik)
Our mechanics form the backbone of our operational fleet, responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing heavy-duty vehicles to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience working as a heavy-duty mechanic, specifically with Dump Trucks and/or Truck Mixers.
* Technical Competence: In-depth knowledge of diesel engine systems, transmissions, braking mechanisms, and heavy vehicle components.
* Diagnostic Skills: Proficient in performing systematic inspections, fault diagnosis, routine maintenance, and complex repairs, alongside the ability to identify exact spare part requirements.
* Tools & Safety: Skilled in utilizing specialized workshop tools and diagnostic equipment while strictly adhering to workplace safety procedures (K3) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards.
* Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, a strong team player, and deeply accountable for the quality and safety of completed tasks.
