We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineering professional to join our dynamic team and drive our manufacturing efficiency to new heights.
## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Production Engineer at PT Daisho Precision, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our output meets the highest global standards. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Production Planning: Developing comprehensive production and machine maintenance schedules.
* Operational Control: Monitoring and evaluating daily production metrics to ensure all output targets are met or exceeded.
* Performance Optimization: Analyzing productivity data and proposing strategic programs to enhance process efficiency.
* Standardization: Drafting, reviewing, and updating Work Instructions and critical production parameters.
* Problem Resolution: Conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve manufacturing bottlenecks and implementing effective corrective actions.
* Reporting: Preparing detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for process improvements.
* Compliance & Coordination: Ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and corporate regulations while collaborating effectively with cross-functional departments.
## Professional Qualifications
To be considered for this vital position, candidates must demonstrate a strong technical background and a commitment to operational excellence. We require:
1. Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems, production machinery, and foundational maintenance protocols.
4. Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated expertise in methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or other similar performance-driven frameworks.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to measure production efficiency, analyze complex data sets, and derive creative solutions to technical challenges.
6. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
7. Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
