We are currently opening applications for our Graduate Trainee program, offering two specialized tracks designed to cultivate future leaders in the commercial and technical sectors.

This 24-month, full-time immersive program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the Personal Care and Cosmetics industry. Core Objectives of the Program
* Cross-Departmental Rotation: Rotate through R&T, Marketing, and Sales departments to grasp our full business value chain.
* Regional Mentorship: Gain invaluable knowledge from experienced industry professionals across the region.
* Strategic Application: Translate technical chemistry insights into business-relevant, innovative applications.
* Collaborative Impact: Work within cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deliver real-world results.

## Program Tracks: Commercial and Technical/Lab
We are recruiting high-potential graduates for two specific focus areas:
1. Graduate Trainee for Commercial
This track is perfect for individuals who want to blend technical knowledge with market strategy. You will focus on supporting promotional tools, marketing activities, and internal/external stakeholder engagement while maintaining a strong foundation in R&T applications.
2. Graduate Trainee for Technical/Lab
This track is ideal for those with a passion for innovation within the laboratory. While you will rotate across all departments, your primary focus will be on the technical aspects of R&T applications, providing the science that fuels our product development.
## Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking proactive, analytical thinkers who are eager to grow. To be considered for either track, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.
* Academic Excellence: Minimum GPA of 3.20 (Bachelor’s) or 3.50 (Master’s) on a 4.00 scale.
* Technical Passion: A deep interest in research and development, with a specific willingness to thrive in a laboratory environment.
* Skill Set:
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems using data.
* Self-leadership, strong ownership, and accountability.
* Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in diverse, fast-paced teams.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
* Bonus Qualifications: Prior experience or internship exposure within the Personal Care and Cosmetics industry is highly advantageous.
