General Qualifications
* Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in relevant fields.
* Age requirements: Minimum 20 years; maximum 27 years (or up to 32 years with at least 5 years of relevant experience).
* Physical standards: Minimum height of 165 cm (men) and 160 cm (women).
* Health requirements: Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental health, possess perfect vision (no glasses/color blindness), and maintain a non-smoking status during work hours.
* Personal attributes: Capability to work under pressure, flexibility for overtime, and willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
* Geographical mobility: Must be prepared to be stationed throughout the South Sulawesi operational region.
Academic and Certification Requirements
* For PPKA: Degree in Railway Transport Management, Informatics Engineering, or Information Systems. Candidates with a certified SDM KA (Smartcard) for PPKA are highly preferred.
* For TPJKA – JJB: Degree in Building Technology, Railway Track Technology, or Civil Engineering. Preference given to those with Surveyor certifications or a certified SDM KA (Smartcard) for Maintenance/Inspection. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
* For TPJKA – STL: Degree in Railway Electrical Technology or Electrical Engineering (Weak Current). Preference given to those with a certified SDM KA (Smartcard) for Maintenance/Inspection.
