Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience.
* Academic Standards: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Soft Skills: A drive for excellence, creative problem-solving, analytical thinking, and a confident, enthusiastic approach to new challenges.
* Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to be placed in any company branch and travel to various site locations as required.
