As an integral part of our manufacturing ecosystem, the Quality Control Operator safeguards our reputation for superior engineering. This position ensures that every automotive and industrial battery leaving our production lines meets the rigorous standards our customers expect.
Core Responsibilities
* Product Inspection: Conduct comprehensive quality evaluations aligned with strict company specifications and industry benchmarks.
* Precision Measurement: Utilize advanced measuring equipment and specialized tools to verify dimensional and functional integrity.
* Process Auditing: Monitor and inspect every critical stage of the production lifecycle to catch variations early.
* Defect Management: Promptly identify, isolate, and document non-conforming items to prevent them from progressing further down the line.
* Data Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all inspections, testing metrics, and quality discrepancies.
* Compliance Assurance: Verify that only items meeting absolute perfection are cleared for packaging and distribution.

* QC Expertise: Demonstrated practical background working specifically as a Quality Control (QC) professional.
* Workshop Familiarity: Previous practical exposure working within a mould workshop environment.
* Technical Skills: Strong, demonstrable proficiency in chemical analysis and related testing procedures.
