Key Qualifications
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Management.
* Experience: At least 2 years of professional background in warehouse operations, ideally within the manufacturing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control. Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO methodologies, physical stock counts, and administrative record-keeping.
* Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, effective communication, strong team coordination, and sharp problem-solving acumen.
