* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of modern agricultural and plantation cultivation systems.
* Operational Expertise: Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding the application of fertilizers and pesticides.
* Analytical Skills: Proficient in documenting field efficacy tests and applying statistical testing methodologies.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated excellence in communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
