We are currently looking for a proactive HSE Staff member to oversee and implement comprehensive safety protocols at our facilities. Primary Responsibilities and Duties
As an HSE Staff member at PT. Bina Megah Indowood, your daily operations will focus on risk mitigation and policy enforcement. Your core responsibilities include:
* Policy Implementation: Executing and monitoring Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) policies alongside environmental protection strategies.
* Safety Inspections: Conducting routine site walkthroughs to audit working conditions and identify potential hazards before they escalate.
* Incident Management: Investigating workplace accidents, identifying root causes, and drafting detailed reports to prevent future occurrences.
* Risk Assessment: Analyzing operational workflows to identify potential risks to personnel or the environment.
* Employee Training: Organizing and leading safety workshops, as well as supervising the proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Regulatory Compliance: Staying updated on environmental and safety laws to ensure the company remains in full legal compliance with governmental regulations.
Professional Requirements and Qualifications

Educational and Certification Standards
* Minimum of an Associate Degree (D3) in a relevant field of study.
* Must possess a valid General Occupational Health and Safety (AK3 Umum) Certification.
* Comprehensive understanding of OHS and environmental workflows.
* In-depth knowledge of current Indonesian health, safety, and environmental laws.
Technical and Soft Skills

* Technical Design: Proficiency in AutoCAD to assist with site mapping and safety layouts.

Experience
