As the developer and operator of the 2 x 1,000 MW Batang Power Plant in Central Java, we are at the forefront of Indonesia’s energy sector. ## Current Openings
We are inviting highly qualified candidates to apply for the following roles based in Batang, Central Java.
1. Heavy Equipment Operator (Code: HEOP)
* Safely operate heavy machinery and report performance issues immediately.
* Execute pre-operation checks according to maintenance standards and manuals.
* Maintain accurate operational reports and shift handovers.
* Support coal handling activities and ensure site cleanliness.
* Comply strictly with all HSE protocols.
* Minimum Senior Vocational School (SMK) graduate.
* Possess a valid operator license (SIO) for equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, wheel loaders, or dump trucks.
* Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office).
* Fluent in English (verbal and written).
* Willingness to work on emergency on-site assignments.
2. Instrument & Control Junior Technician (Code: ICJT)
* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on I&C systems to ensure reliability.
* Manage workshop tools and maintain accurate maintenance documentation (SOPs/Work Instructions).
* Conduct system inspections to ensure full compliance with HSE standards.
* Support outage management and operational improvements.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Physics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of industrial I&C maintenance experience (fresh graduates with high potential are encouraged to apply).
* Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
3. Mechanical Junior Technician (Code: MEJT)
* Perform mechanical system maintenance to optimize plant performance.
* Manage and upgrade workshop equipment readiness.
* Update SOPs and maintain high standards of documentation.
* Participate in outage activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in coal-fired power plants is preferred.
* Strong grasp of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.
* Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
4. Electrical Junior Technician (Code: ELJT)
* Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electrical systems to maintain safe operation.
* Ensure electrical maintenance activities adhere to HSE regulations.
* Assist in the maintenance of workshop instruments and tools.
* Document maintenance tasks and support plant outage operations.
* Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in power plant electrical maintenance preferred.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and handle emergency on-site duties.
* Strong computer literacy (MS Office/MS Project) and English fluency.
5. GA Facility Management Supervisor (Code: GA-FMS)
* Oversee facility maintenance schedules and ensure a safe, efficient working environment.
* Manage GA asset reporting and ensure data accuracy.
* Provide logistical support across departments and resolve operational challenges.
* Ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
* Diploma (D3) with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* 5–7 years of experience in Facility Management, or 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
