## Position Overview: Media Sales Executive
TATV is currently looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our team as a Media Sales Executive. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about media advertising and eager to contribute to the growth of our commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities and Professional Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates must demonstrate a blend of strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to sales. We require the following:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Sales or Marketing. Previous experience within the media, television, or event organizing (EO) industries is highly preferred.
* Networking: An existing network of contacts within corporate firms, advertising agencies, or direct advertisers will be considered a significant advantage.
* Essential Skills: A high level of confidence, excellent persuasive communication abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
* Mobility: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to perform frequent client visits.
* Logistics: Possession of a private vehicle and a valid driver’s license (SIM) is an added value.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to be based in Solo.
