## Open Positions: Frontliner Roles
We are actively recruiting for dedicated individuals to fill our Frontliner positions, specifically as Customer Service representatives and Tellers. These roles are the face of our institution, directly influencing the customer experience and the trust our clients place in our services.
1. Customer Service Responsibilities
Our Customer Service team acts as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Key responsibilities include:
* Promoting and cross-selling banking products and services based on individual customer needs.
* Providing high-quality, professional service to all visitors in accordance with internal protocols.
* Assisting clients with account management, including opening/closing accounts, updating personal data, and modifying banking facilities.
* Maintaining clear communication regarding product updates, balance inquiries, and transaction histories.
* Handling administrative tasks such as processing checkbooks, bank statements, and clearing rejected instruments.
* Managing customer inquiries and resolving complaints with empathy and efficiency.
2. Teller Responsibilities
The Teller role requires precision, integrity, and a focus on operational accuracy. Successful candidates will be responsible for:
* Executing front-office operational transactions in strict compliance with Sharia banking regulations.
* Managing cash box logistics, including maintaining cash limits and performing end-of-day balancing.
* Resolving operational discrepancies immediately to ensure financial accuracy.
* Handling system-related tasks, such as managing communication time-outs and off-line transaction processing.
* Actively supporting the bank's growth through effective cross-selling of services.
* Collaborating with the branch team to ensure all operational targets are met.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure we maintain our high standards of service, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Age: Maximum 27 years old.
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills; must be friendly, detail-oriented, and highly reliable.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Customer Service or Teller in a banking institution is required. Preference will be given to alumni of the Magang Bakti BCA* program.
* Versatility: Proven ability to cross-sell financial products and services.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our branches in Jabodetabek, Palembang, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, or Surabaya.
