## Candidate Eligibility
We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to commit to excellence. To qualify for the FLIP program, you must meet the following criteria:
* Current undergraduate student (minimum 7th semester) or a recent graduate (within 6 months of graduation).
* Bachelor’s degree holder with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Proven record of organizational involvement.
* A strong growth mindset and the motivation to learn.
* Ability to commit to the full duration of the internship.
* Must be willing to reside in Yogyakarta for the duration of the program.

1. Avoskin Event Intern
Support the Marcomm team by planning, executing, and providing creative insights for branding and sales events. You will work across divisions to bring our brand vision to life.
2. Supply Planner Intern
Ideal for Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering students. You will analyze demand trends, manage stock allocation in collaboration with warehouse and sales teams, and build reports to optimize supply chain processes.
3. Avoskin Social Media Content Creator Intern
If you have a pulse on beauty trends and video production, this role is for you. You will focus on creating engaging Reels and social media content while collaborating on editing and strategy.
4. Avoskin Social Media of Avo Store Intern
Manage the official Avo Store content strategy. This role involves close coordination with the sales and social media teams to produce trend-driven, high-conversion video content.
5. Glow Better Event Planner Intern
Lead the charge in expanding the Glow Better brand. You will be responsible for sourcing partnerships with campuses and venues, managing administrative event logistics, and overseeing project timelines from concept to post-event reporting.
6. Looke & OASEA Copywriter Intern
Turn creative briefs into compelling narratives. You will conduct research into target audience behavior, write original marketing copy, and participate in brainstorming sessions to define the brand voice across various digital channels.
7. Marketing Insight Intern
Dive deep into market research. You will monitor local and international competitors, analyze industry trends, and produce actionable insights that help shape our future marketing strategies.
8. Procurement Intern
