## Job Overview: Project Administrator
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to join our growing operations. In this role, you will serve as the organizational backbone of our project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate documentation, and timely execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this position, you will be entrusted with a diverse set of operational duties designed to keep our solar initiatives running smoothly:
* Data and Documentation Management: Oversee the collection, organization, and safeguarding of all critical project data, drafting accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and preparing comprehensive financial reports.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with external partners, clients, and vendors while bridging communication gaps between internal departments.
* Progress Monitoring: Track overall project milestones and material deliveries closely to guarantee that all deliverables strictly adhere to quality and timeline requirements.
* Resource Allocation: Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to identify immediate project needs and maintain flawless administrative documentation.
