## Role Overview: Supervisor Development Program
The Supervisor Development Program (SVDP) is designed to cultivate future leaders who can oversee high-precision manufacturing operations. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and safety standards that have defined our brand for decades.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Directly supervise and monitor production output throughout your designated shift to ensure all targets are met in alignment with the production plan.
* Problem Resolution: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks and investigate the root causes of production defects or material waste, implementing effective corrective measures.
* Safety and Standards: Direct, monitor, and enforce workplace safety protocols and 5S (5R) methodologies to maintain a clean, organized, and secure production environment.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess a blend of technical aptitude, leadership potential, and a proactive mindset. If you are eager to launch your career in a world-class manufacturing facility, you should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience Level: While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with at least two years of professional experience in a production environment will be given priority.
* Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead team members effectively and communicate complex technical information clearly across departments.
* Logistics and Flexibility: Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Tangerang. You must also be prepared to work on a rotational shift schedule.
