## Who We Are Looking For

* Educational Background: Graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (Bachelor’s degree) or 3.25 (Master’s degree).
* Age Requirement: Maximum 28 years old.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; candidates with up to two years of professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
* Leadership & Initiative: Demonstrated history of leadership, preferably through coordinator or executive roles in university or community organizations.
