## Current Career Opportunity: Field Operator (Chemical Plants)
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Field Operator in our Chemical Plants division. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our production processes meet both international safety standards and efficiency targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Safely operate machinery and production equipment in strict adherence to operational guidelines and standardized procedures.
* Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor output quality to promptly identify, rectify, or discard products that do not meet our rigorous specifications.
* Performance Tracking: Maintain precise daily production records and parameter logs to facilitate comprehensive manufacturing performance analysis.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage proactively with other departments to ensure seamless operational workflows and communication.
* Target Adherence: Follow established manufacturing protocols to hit production volume, cost, and wastage targets while upholding our commitment to quality.
Essential Qualifications
* Educational Background: A diploma in Chemical Engineering is required; we strongly encourage recent graduates to apply.
* Location Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at our facility in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.
* Work Readiness: Proven ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments, including a readiness to work on rotational shifts.
