## Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
We are looking for a legal professional to oversee our labor relations and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between company policy and industrial harmony.
Key Responsibilities
* Legal Management: Oversee all litigation and non-litigation matters, including the drafting of legal opinions and formal legal standing documents.
* Labor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for union and employee relations, ensuring a productive work environment.
* Contractual Oversight: Manage the drafting and meticulous review of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* External Liaison: Facilitate communication and maintain professional relations with local labor offices (Disnaker) and the Industrial Relations Court (PHI).
Qualifications and Competencies
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law is required.
* Professional Certification: Preference will be given to candidates holding an advocate certificate.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Relation Staff within a manufacturing setting.
* Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Essential Skills: Demonstrated ability in negotiation, interpersonal communication, and deep knowledge of Indonesian labor litigation practices.
* Location: Must be willing to work at our Gempol Plant, Pasuruan, East Java.
## QA Internal Audit Specialist
Quality and food safety are the cornerstones of our brand. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance specialist to maintain our stringent compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit Planning: Coordinate the annual internal audit schedule and execute risk assessments to maintain operational integrity.
* Reporting: Compile and analyze audit findings on a monthly and quarterly basis to drive continuous improvement.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
* Compliance Monitoring: Conduct rigorous internal audits to ensure all products strictly adhere to food safety policies and global quality standards.
* External Audit Support: Manage pre-external audit preparations to ensure a seamless verification process.
Qualifications and Competencies
* Educational Background: A degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
* Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in QA internal auditing within a manufacturing environment.
* Language Skills: Fluent command of professional English, both verbal and written.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, BRC standards, HACCP protocols, and Critical Control Points (CCP).
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal abilities, and professional communication skills.
* Location: Must be willing to work at our Pandaan Plant, Pasuruan, East Java.
