* Role: Overseeing field-level corn and sweet corn production processes.
* Requirements:
* Male candidate.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agronomy.
* Minimum GPA of 2.75.
* A strong passion for fieldwork.
* Willingness to be stationed in East Java or Central Java.
* Available for an offline selection process in Pare, Kediri.
2. Field Inspector – Corn/Sweet Corn
* Role: Ensuring quality control and technical standards are met during the cultivation cycle.
* Requirements:
* Male candidate.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agronomy.
* Strong aptitude for outdoor/field environments.
