Eligibility Requirements
We are seeking dedicated candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 25 years old.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed anywhere in Indonesia.
* Residency: Willingness to reside in company-provided housing (mess) during the training period.
* Commitment: Readiness to sign a two-year service bond and participate in intensive training.
* Health: Must be physically and mentally fit, with no color blindness.
