* Educational Qualifications:
* Production Control & Logistic Staff: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* QC Staff: Diploma (D3) in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
* Operational Adaptability: Willingness to work in a warehouse environment (specifically required for the QC Staff position).
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Outlook across all roles.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal communication skills and functional English proficiency.
* Availability: Immediate availability to start work.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities, robust problem-solving skills, high personal initiative, and an eagerness to learn.
