## Accounting Officer Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our finance division. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of the company through rigorous bookkeeping and transparent reporting.
Core Responsibilities
* Daily Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), inventory tracking, and fixed asset management.
* Financial Reporting: Ensure the timely and accurate completion of comprehensive month-end and year-end financial reports.
* Record Keeping & Audits: Maintain pristine financial records while actively participating in internal and external audits, as well as account reconciliations.
* Transaction Assessment: Evaluate daily corporate transactions strictly through an accounting perspective to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Ledger Analysis: Conduct routine and thorough analyses of various general ledger accounts.
* Ad-Hoc Support: Provide reliable analytical support for finance- and accounting-related ad-hoc requests intended for both internal stakeholders and external parties.
