# Launch Your Career: Universitas Pelita Harapan Career Opportunities
Stepping into a dynamic professional environment requires more than just holding a degree; it demands alignment with an institution dedicated to holistic education and excellence. Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), a prominent private higher education institution established in September 1994 by Ir. Johannes Oentoro and Dr. (HC) James Riady under the Lippo Group, has grown from its humble beginnings in Kedoya to sprawling modern campuses in Lippo Village, Tangerang, and Semanggi, Jakarta.
