* Experience Level: Recent graduates (0–2 years of relevant experience).
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Age Limit: Generally between 22 and 27 years old.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our mining project sites in Kalimantan.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel.
