## Role Overview and Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals to serve as Production Operators. To ensure the highest standards of our manufacturing processes, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Professional Experience: At least two years of prior experience working as a Production Operator.
* Licensing: Possession of a valid and active Indonesian motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C).
* Operational Readiness: Full availability to work within a shift-based schedule.
* Soft Skills: Proven track record of high discipline, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
* Geographic Availability: Willingness to be stationed at our facility in Karawang.
