1. Operational Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage our administrative logistics flow at our Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi facility.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.
* At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within the logistics industry.
* Proficiency in tracking delivery notes (surat jalan), data entry, system management, and document archiving.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
2. Service Advisor
Based in Makassar, this role is critical to maintaining the performance and reliability of our fleet.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Automotive Engineering.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor.
* Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance (preventive and corrective), major components, and parts catalogues.
* Competence in managing maintenance orders (SPK) and daily repair reporting.
* Willingness to work in shifts and possess excellent communication skills.
3. General Repair Mechanic
We are looking for skilled mechanics to support our operations across East Java (Pasuruan, Gresik, and Surabaya).
* Requirements:
* Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Automotive or Light Vehicle Engineering.
* Strong proficiency in truck maintenance and general repairs.
* Prepared to provide emergency and storing services when required.
* Disciplined, honest, and capable of working under pressure.
* Willingness to be deployed across all PT SIL workshops.
4. Body Repair Mechanic
Specialists in bodywork and fabrication are needed to support our workshops in Makassar, Pasuruan, Gresik, and Surabaya.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive fields.
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience in body repair, welding, or carriage (Karoseri) workshops.
* Must possess a valid Driving License (SIM A).
* A welding certification is considered a significant advantage.
* Strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to handle high-pressure tasks.
