1. Sales & Marketing Specialist
Are you a persuasive communicator with a talent for closing deals and building lasting client relationships? We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to champion our luxury residential elevator solutions.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
* Generate, research, and organize new prospective client databases.
* Develop targeted product quotation plans tailored to individual client needs.
* Introduce, pitch, and sell company products through direct interactions and formal presentations.
* Collaborate with team members to execute dynamic marketing campaigns.
* Conduct consistent follow-ups and handle client negotiations professionally.
* Submit detailed daily progress reports to upper management.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00; background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a distinct advantage.
* At least 2 years of proven marketing experience within the elevator industry, luxury automotive sector, premium real estate, or related markets.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with polished presentation abilities.

2. Elevator Technician

* Candidate Qualifications:
* Diploma degree (D3) in Technical fields, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Fresh graduates with a strong foundational knowledge are welcome to apply.
* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working as an Elevator Technician is preferred.
* Comprehensive understanding of elevator installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
* Strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards (HSE/K3).

* Active university students with minimal coursework remaining, thesis-stage scholars, or recent graduates.
* Deeply familiar with crafting short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
* Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
* Skilled in graphic design tools including Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
* Willing to adapt to a hybrid work model (3 days Work From Office/WFO and 2 days Work From Home/WFH).
* Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Videography & Editing: Capture high-quality footage and edit videos based on scripts tailored for social media channels.
* Brainstorming & Collaboration: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborate closely with the Content Planner.
* File & Asset Management: Maintain organized filing systems, digital asset storage, and comprehensive video documentation.

* Familiar with WhatsApp Business features such as Quick Replies, Catalogs, and Labels.

* Willing to work under a hybrid arrangement (3 days WFO and 2 days WFH).

* Administrative Support: Assist in drafting quotation letters, invoices, purchase orders (POs), and organizing sales documentation.
* WhatsApp & Chat Management: Respond to incoming inquiries via WhatsApp Business swiftly, politely, and professionally in line with corporate standards.
