1. Mine Engineer
As a Mine Engineer, you will play a critical role in the strategic planning and execution of our mining operations. You will be responsible for balancing productivity with safety, ensuring that our projects meet company objectives through meticulous design and scheduling.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and monitor comprehensive life-of-mine plans, encompassing pit optimization, production scheduling, and digging sequences to maximize Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
* Technical Design: Utilize geological data (block models, grade distribution, and stripping ratios) to create accurate cross-sections and conceptual pit designs that account for drainage, disposal capacity, and equipment capabilities.
* Operational Control: Manage and refine short, medium, and long-term mine plans to ensure a reliable production flow.
* Budgetary Oversight: Coordinate the preparation of mine budgets, monitoring costs and production profiles to ensure project budget optimization.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in the mining sector.
Possession of a Pengawas Operational Pratama* (POP) certification.
* Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Mine Design (Vulcan, Surpac, Deswik), Mine Scheduling (Whittle, MineMax, MineSched), and Microsoft Project.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Junior Geologist
The Junior Geologist role is vital to maintaining the integrity of our mineral resources. You will work on-site to bridge the gap between geological exploration and high-quality production, ensuring that our output meets precise technical specifications.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct routine field sampling and supervise the production process—from initial excavation to final shipping—to prevent contamination.
* Operational Guidance: Provide clear instructions to heavy equipment operators to prioritize high-quality ore extraction.
* Data Integrity: Audit sampling stations, trommels, and laboratories to ensure that geological data is accurate, representative, and actionable.
* Contractor Management: Evaluate and improve the performance of contractors regarding work procedures, response times, and equipment safety.
* Reporting: Prepare daily audit reports and performance assessments to provide management with real-time insights for operational decision-making.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field.
Pengawas Operational Pratama* (POP) certification is highly preferred.
* Strong computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office applications.
