## Candidate Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this prestigious program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates or final-year students scheduled to graduate before October 1, 2026, with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
* Professional Experience: Recent graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of full-time work experience (excluding internships).
* Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
