1. Tax Associate
You will be responsible for managing corporate tax obligations and ensuring full compliance across all sites.
* Key Responsibilities: Process PPh (21, 23, 4(2), 25), manage VAT documentation (e-Faktur), perform tax reconciliations in SAP, and support internal/external audits.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting; fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged. Proficiency in MS Excel and e-SPT is required; Brevet A & B certifications are highly valued.
2. Purchasing & Importation Associate
This role focuses on supply chain efficiency, from procurement to the intricacies of international customs.
* Key Responsibilities: Handle price negotiations, monitor principal inventory (SOH), manage accounts payable, and oversee export-import licensing and customs documentation (PIB/PEB/HS Codes).
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Management, or Industrial Engineering. 1–3 years of experience in logistics or procurement is required, along with professional customs certification.
3. Technical Officer
A hands-on role dedicated to resolving complex technical challenges for our customers.
* Key Responsibilities: Execute troubleshooting for ETR/EMR/TI cases, conduct field investigations, provide repair recommendations, and draft installation guides.
* Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Naval Architecture. Strong initiative and a willingness to be assigned throughout Indonesia are essential.
