1. Engineering Positions (Engineer & Senior Engineer)
Our engineering team is responsible for developing and implementing sophisticated power system solutions. From initial client requirement analysis to final project handover, our engineers ensure technical excellence and operational efficiency.
* Analyze customer requirements and develop comprehensive technical proposals and designs.
* Manage cost estimations and project execution phases, including commissioning and handover.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and administration.
Senior Engineer specific:* Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Electrical, Marine, Mechanical, Civil, or relevant Engineering fields with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years for Engineer; 5 years for Senior Engineer within Design, Application, Proposal, or Project Engineering roles.
* Sector Expertise: Experience in Marine, Power Systems, Data Center, Oil & Gas, or EPC industries is essential.
* Skills: Proficiency in English, strong stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of equipment sizing and technical documentation.
* Preferred Assets: Professional certifications in Project Management, Data Center, or Professional Engineering.
2. Commercial Position (Cost Controller)
The Cost Controller plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our projects by maintaining stringent oversight of budgets and profitability.
* Monitor and control project costs through budget management and real-time realization tracking.
* Conduct variance analysis and provide financial forecasting to mitigate project risks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions that safeguard project profitability.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1), preferably in an Engineering discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in Cost Control, Project Finance, or Cost Engineering within high-stakes industries like Power Generation, Mining, or Infrastructure.
* Skills: Advanced knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, financial reporting, and project life-cycle budgeting.
* Attributes: Analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and professional English communication skills.
