## Position: Technical Trainer – Factory
The Technical Trainer plays a pivotal role in maintaining the operational excellence of our production facilities by ensuring our workforce is highly skilled and proficient in the latest industrial technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Program Development: Design, structure, and execute comprehensive technical training programs tailored to factory personnel.
* Knowledge Transfer: Deliver expert-led training regarding machinery, equipment maintenance, and technical processes across the factory floor.
* Assessment and Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs and rigorously evaluate participant competency levels.
* Gap Analysis: Identify specific training needs based on identified performance gaps and technical requirements in the field.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with the Engineering, Maintenance, and Production departments to ensure training aligns with operational goals.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor existing training frameworks and implement improvements to optimize learning outcomes.
Professional Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Hold at least a D4 or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Experience: Previous professional experience in technical training, maintenance, engineering, or production within the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
3. Technical Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of production machinery, maintenance protocols, and factory operational processes.
4. Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and verbal communication abilities, with the talent to convey complex technical information clearly.
5. Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to troubleshoot and apply structured problem-solving techniques.
6. Team Dynamics: A collaborative attitude, while maintaining the capability to work independently under minimal supervision.
## Work Environment and Logistics
* Job Location: Secang, Central Java.
* Working Schedule:
* Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
* Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
Note: Flexibility is required as training sessions or related activities may occasionally occur on Sundays.*
