## Job Role: Production Operator
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented professional to support our growing manufacturing demands. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school equivalent (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: Previous experience working as a mechanical fitter is considered a strong advantage.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating standard fabrication tools, specifically angle grinders and related workshop equipment.
* Welding Competency: A fundamental understanding of welding machinery is required; hands-on welding capability will be prioritized during the selection process.
* Personal Traits: High level of accuracy, strict adherence to workplace discipline, and a strong collaborative spirit for teamwork.
* Work Environment: Physical readiness to work within a fast-paced production plant environment and adapt to fluctuating operational demands.
