1. Warehouse Admin Staff
The Warehouse Admin Staff plays a vital role in managing inventory records, logistics documentation, and daily material transfers within the main storage facility.
* Gender & Age: Male, maximum 27 years old.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1).
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in warehouse operations.
* Technical Skills: Valid forklift license (SIO) with demonstrated operating proficiency.
* Core Competencies: Clear understanding of First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory principles, strong numerical accuracy, normal color vision, and computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Receive incoming domestic and imported goods, verifying physical shipments against delivery notes and shipping bills.
* Accurately log incoming inventory data into the central system.
* Manage raw material transfers from the primary warehouse to production and inspection zones.
* Maintain strict adherence to FIFO storage protocols.
* Perform routine cycle counts, verify actual physical counts against system balances, and lead periodic stock audits.
* Ensure daily execution of workplace organization and cleanliness following 5S methodologies.
2. Warehouse Operator

* Unpack alloy components from master cartons and arrange them securely onto transport trolleys.
* Repack tires, sub-components, and secondary assembly parts according to distribution standards.
* Safely unload shipping containers and assist with daily material supply to active production lines.
* Perform visual checks on outgoing parts prior to loading for transport.
* Participate in routine stock counts, physical inventory audits, and daily 5S workplace maintenance.
3. Production Operator
