## Open Position: Technical Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Administrative Assistant to support our maintenance and engineering departments. This role is vital in ensuring that our operational facilities and technical workflows remain efficient and well-documented.
Core Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of administrative and light technical duties, including:
* Reporting and Documentation: Compiling comprehensive reports and managing all administrative records related to technician workflows.
* Maintenance Planning: Organizing preventive maintenance schedules and rigorously monitoring their execution to prevent equipment downtime.
* Inventory Management: Overseeing the database for technical documents, materials, spare parts, and specialized engineering tools.
* Team Coordination: Supporting field technicians through effective coordination and logistical assistance.
* Facility Oversight: Monitoring and assisting in the upkeep of building facilities, including electrical systems, mechanical components, plumbing, and HVAC (Air Conditioning).
* Technical Support: Providing basic troubleshooting and serving as a backup technician when operational demands require extra hands-on assistance.
Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum of a High School or Vocational School diploma (SMA/SMK) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Professional Experience: At least one year of experience serving as a Technician, with a specific focus on building and facility maintenance.
3. Technical Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of electrical systems, mechanical engineering, plumbing, and air conditioning maintenance.
4. Software Proficiency: Competency in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, for data management and reporting.
5. Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong communication abilities, a sense of responsibility, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
6. Availability: Willingness to adhere to a work schedule from Monday to Saturday.
