Management and Supervisory Roles
* QC Assistant Manager: Requires at least 5 years of experience in a QC Laboratory and a D3 degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant field.
* QC Supervisor: Requires at least 3 years of experience in a QC Laboratory and a D3 degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant field.
* RnD Supervisor: Requires at least 3 years of experience in Research and Development with a D3 degree in Agrotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field.
* Mechanical Supervisor: Requires at least 3 years of experience in Mechanical & Workshop operations and a D3 degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* HSE Staff: Requires at least 2 years of experience in Industrial Health, Safety, and Environment. Candidates must hold a D3 degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and possess a valid AK3 Umum certification.
