HR Staff Job Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
* Professional Experience: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
* Soft Skills: A self-starter mindset with high initiative, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Communication: Fluency in both written and spoken English.
* Availability: Willingness to be based at our Head Office in BSD, South Tangerang.
