We are currently inviting applications for two highly competitive training programs. Candidates must be prepared for deployment across our operational sites in Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
1. Administration Trainee (AT) – Batch 46
This specialized training program is designed to cultivate future professionals in accounting and human resources management.
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum D3/D4/S1 degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Actuarial Science.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in Kalimantan or Sulawesi.
2. Mill Assistant Trainee (MAT) – Batch 49
This program prepares candidates for technical leadership roles within our palm oil processing mills.
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum D3/D4/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology (TPHP).
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in Kalimantan or Sulawesi.
