Position: Security Supervisor
The Security Supervisor plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and high standards of our security operations. We are looking for individuals who can lead teams, solve complex problems, and foster strong relationships with our partners.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline.

Primary Responsibilities
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day security field operations, including:
1. Site Coordination: Conducting regular site visits to facilitate coordination between end-users and Security Guard (SG) personnel.
2. Strategic Planning: Designing and implementing efficient work systems for security guard teams.
3. Talent Management: Leading the recruitment process for new security personnel within assigned areas.
4. Operational Reporting: Maintaining up-to-date documentation regarding personnel status and providing regular data updates to the Head Office (HO).
5. Program Oversight: Ensuring the consistent and successful execution of coaching programs, site patrols, safety inspections, and security competency testing.
