## Operation Development Program (ODP) 2024

Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest quality of service, we are looking for candidates who meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Logistics Management, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Professional Experience: While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with at least two years of experience in a Team Leader or Coordinator role will be prioritized.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential for daily operational reporting and data management.
* Documentation & Licensing: Applicants must possess a valid Police Record Certificate (SKCK) and hold both valid Class C (Motorcycle) and Class A (Car) driver’s licenses.
