## Role Overview: Production Operator

Key Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK). Candidates with a technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in operating production machinery, with specific experience in thermoforming equipment being a significant advantage.
* Operational Awareness: A comprehensive understanding of production workflows, technical instructions, and industrial safety procedures.
