We are currently seeking motivated individuals for several specialized trainee positions designed to cultivate future leaders within the forestry sector.
1. Graduate Acceleration Program (GAP) – Batch XX
Designed for high-achieving university graduates, this program prepares future leaders for complex forestry operations.
* Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Forestry, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, Law, Geography, or Soil Science.
* Academic Standards: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
* Commitment: Must be willing to sign a 3-year service bond and complete an intensive 6-month training curriculum.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for On-the-Job Training (OJT) and permanent assignments in remote operational areas, specifically East Kutai and West Kutai, East Kalimantan.
2. Mandor Acceleration Program (MAP) – Batch 19
This program offers a structured career path for ambitious vocational and high school graduates.
* Education Requirements: SMA/SMK graduates specializing in Forestry, Agriculture, Engineering, Accounting, or Informatics.
* Age Limit: Maximum 22 years old.
* Commitment: Must be willing to sign a 3-year service bond and complete a 6-month mandatory training program.
* Mobility: Must be ready for deployment in remote areas within East Kutai and West Kutai, East Kalimantan.
3. HR & Finance Trainee
We are looking for analytical and people-oriented professionals to strengthen our administrative and corporate functions.
* Education Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1).
