Core Responsibilities
* Facilitate administrative operations across assigned departments.
* Analyze operational data to provide insights for strategic management decisions.
* Ensure full compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Coordinate across inter-departmental teams to optimize workflow efficiency.
* Prepare periodic reports regarding administrative and field performance.

Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Male, maximum 28 years of age.
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Physics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
* Strong proficiency in administrative tasks and data management.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and fundamental automation (C/C++, Python, etc.).
* Working knowledge of web technologies, including PHP, JavaScript, and HTML.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
* Demonstrated ability to function effectively both as an individual contributor and within a team.
* Willingness to be stationed in Pulau Burung, Indragiri Hilir, Riau.
