## Candidate Requirements

* Academic Status: Applicants must be graduating in 2026 or expected to complete their degree by October 2026.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates from Engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply, with a preference for Industrial Engineering majors.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
