1. SHE Staff (Safety, Health, and Environment)
The SHE Staff plays a critical role in maintaining a secure working environment and ensuring that all operational protocols align with rigorous safety standards.
* Overseeing the implementation of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) policies across the work site.
* Conducting safety awareness campaigns and regular briefings for staff.
* Performing hazard identification, risk assessments, and thorough incident investigations.
* Managing comprehensive documentation and reporting regarding workplace safety.
* Facilitating safety training sessions and emergency simulations.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety programs.
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
* At least one year of professional experience in HSE, K3, or environmental management.
* Solid understanding of SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems).
* Certification in basic K3 is required; holding an AK3 Umum certification is a distinct advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital safety reporting systems.
* High level of communication, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
* Willingness to conduct regular field visits to operational areas.
2. Accounting Staff

* Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Verifying data integrity and documentation completeness prior to monthly closing cycles.
* Performing account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of balances.
* Assisting in the timely execution of monthly closings and journal processing.
* Preparing and reviewing Trial Balances and standardized financial reports.
* Managing journal adjustments, clearing, accruals, and reclassifications.
* Supporting audit activities and providing cross-functional support to other departments.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in an accounting role.
* In-depth knowledge of core accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
* Familiarity with current accounting regulations and taxation policies.
* Experience with ERP systems or specialized accounting software is highly desirable.
