The Nutrifood MT Program is a comprehensive, full-time leadership development platform designed to cultivate the next generation of business leaders. This year’s intake is specifically curated for professionals with a passion for Business Development, including Marketing and Distribution strategies across Indonesia.

## Program Structure and Progression
The program is divided into two distinct development phases:
1. Phase 1 (Development): You will execute 1–3 specific projects, each lasting 2–3 months. High-performing candidates will be invited to advance to the next stage.
2. Phase 2 (Advanced Leadership): Candidates who demonstrate consistent excellence move into this phase, which serves as a final step toward securing a permanent leadership role within a specific department.
Note: Achieving high performance is crucial. Even after completing the first year, a permanent placement offer is contingent upon your ongoing performance and contribution to the team.
## The Recruitment Process
To ensure we select the best candidates, our selection process is conducted in four rigorous stages:
1. Administrative Review: We screen applications to ensure basic qualifications are met.
2. Initial Interview: Successful applicants will be invited to an online interview via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Please monitor your email—including your spam/junk folders—regularly.
3. Written Assessment: Selected candidates will participate in an online evaluation. Keep in mind that dates may be adjusted based on operational needs.
4. Managerial Interview/FGD: Finalists will engage in a series of interviews or Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with the Nutrifood management team. This stage may require an on-site visit to our headquarters or a representative office.
