## Candidate Requirements
To ensure our high standards of excellence are maintained, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
* Professional Experience: Relevant background in R&D or Analytical Development is required for the Staff AD role. Proven laboratory experience is mandatory for all applicants.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory workflows and the ability to operate analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis Spectrophotometers.
* Compliance Awareness: Strong understanding of CPOB (Good Manufacturing Practices) and international GMP standards.
* Soft Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication skills, high levels of discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Operational Flexibility: Willingness to work in a shifting or off-shift schedule.
