## Warehouse Staff Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s distribution network. Core responsibilities include:
* Documentation Management: Verifying previous day’s shipping documentation, including Purchase Orders and quantity reconciliation.
* Daily Delivery Verification: Cross-referencing quantities between delivered invoices and the Daily Delivery Report (DPH).
* Logistics Administration: Processing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and managing Goods Issue (GI) cancellations to ensure internal records are accurate.
* Order Troubleshooting: Updating Delivery Order (DO) dates for shipments that failed to reach their destination.
* Inventory Reconciliation: Performing thorough audits of remaining stock against shipping invoices, delivery reports, and POD records.
## Qualifications and Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants must demonstrate a strong administrative background and a commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control role.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on advanced Excel capabilities.
* System Knowledge: Prior familiarity with SAP software is considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong self-discipline, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on-site at the company’s facility in Bekasi.
