## Job Overview and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities in this role include:
* Executing daily manufacturing processes in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Monitoring output quality at various stages of production to catch and correct defects early.
* Collaborating closely with floor supervisors and team members to meet or exceed daily production targets.
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace aligned with company protocols.
## Candidate Qualifications

* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK equivalent) from a recognized institution.
