## General Eligibility Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of professional leadership, all applicants must meet the following general criteria:
* Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Indonesia.
* Employment Status: Currently serving as a Civil Servant (PNS).
* Health: Physically and mentally fit, supported by an official medical statement from a government hospital or physician.
* Competency: Possession of the required technical, managerial, and socio-cultural competencies relevant to the position.
* Professional Integrity:
* Demonstrated satisfactory performance ratings for the past two consecutive years.
* No record of moderate or severe disciplinary actions within the last five years.
* Clearance from any official administrative or financial findings.
* Compliance: Must have no affiliation with prohibited organizations and must have filed the annual tax return (SPT) for the most recent year.
## Specific Qualifications for Applicants

1. Age Limit: Maximum of 56 years at the time of application.
2. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma IV.
3. Rank: Minimum rank of Pembina Tingkat I (IV/b).
4. Experience: At least five years of cumulative experience in a field relevant to the applied position.
5. Service History: Currently holding or having previously held an administrator-level position or a senior expert functional position (JF ahli madya) for a minimum of two years.
6. Leadership Training: Preference will be given to candidates who have completed the National Leadership Training Level III.
